Traditional carbon dioxide sensors cannot sense changes in air quality caused by odors, cigarettes, smoke, molds, and many other air pollutants generated in our daily indoor activities.
WFA930Z is an indoor electronic air quality monitor that can operate independently or as a part of a sensor network for wireless real-time monitoring, control, and data analysis.
The display is designed for ease of installation and versatility. It can be wall mounted or stand on a desktop application. It has a built-in rechargeable battery that can be used for several hours field measurements.
WFA930Z features a color LCD display, real-time measurement data and 24-hour charting in standalone mode. It can measure and display a variety of air quality parameters such as air temperature, relative humidity, particulate matter size (PM2.5 and PM10), carbon dioxide, formaldehyde and compound gas volatile organic compounds.
The connected system can promote demand-controlled ventilation or any other air handling device in the on / off, modulation mode. The control logic management function has the flexibility of MATIX type mapping, which means that the user can map any measured parameter to control any set of connected air handling devices. Scene and event control can be managed from a desktop or handheld device.
The system is capable of providing data interchange with third-party systems via an open-data-format RS485 or RJ45 connector. All sensors can be electronically calibrated or their output data can be adjusted annually through K-factor certification by an accredited instrument calibration body.
Unlimited number of WFA930Zs can be adapted to form a single sensor grid. The sensor data is transmitted to the IoT (Internet of Things) data gateway for upstream connection. We have home and industrial data gateway hardware to match the total number of sensors used in the project to ensure efficient management of data traffic at both ends.
Sensor Mesh: Uses a robust wireless Zigbee mesh topology. It is proven to be reliable and fail-safe because each Zigbee device in the mesh network has self-detection and self-healing capabilities in the corrupted data transmission path. IoT Data Gateway: Performs data conversion, adjustment, exchange and fault management functions here. API ports with open data formats are available, and can be customized on a project-by-specification basis. A variety of connectors are available: USB, RS485 and RJ45. Third-party devices or systems: All sensor data is sent to the cloud or any local server for data analysis, as well as through the control of other connected devices to expand the monitoring network.

Independent monitoring equipment
Dirty air can affect productivity and cause employee complaints. Installing a few IAQ monitors in problem areas can address employee concerns and quantify and visualize real-time air quality.
Use different device for remote monitoring
If your space is large enough to install multiple IAQ monitors, you may want to be able to view all the data in one place. Simply add a Zigbee Data Gateway (ZBIOT) to complete this task in your phone and do not need a cable. You can change the monitor position to your convenience at any time. You can view the historical data for all air quality measurements in Standalone mode only if this gateway is installed.
Monitoring and control
In a crowded conference room, carbon dioxide levels rise to very high levels within minutes. Who would walk around to open a fan or something else? Most people will not do this until the boss discovers that most people start to lose their focus and some are even fall asleep.
With the addition of ZBDMC servers, all networked ventilation fans, air cleaners and air conditioners will automatically turn on according to the degree of contamination. You can easily use your phone to set the air quality index and trigger a variety of air handling. You will never waste energy in an idle space.

It can measure and display multiple air quality parameters, such as air temperature, relative humidity, particle size (PM2.5 and PM10), carbon dioxide, formaldehyde and compound gas volatile organic compounds.
Wireless Network IAQ Monitor
IAQ monitors can be wirelessly connected to form a sensor grid for space and sub-area air quality monitoring. The sensor data is transferred to the data gateway.
The IAQ monitor network can facilitate the on / off or modulating modes of the demand controlled ventilation system or any other air handling equipment. The control logic management function has the flexibility of MATIX type mapping, which means that the user can control any group of air handling devices based on any measured parameter. It can be managed from a desktop computer or from a handheld device.
The system provides data exchange with third-party systems via an RS485 and RJ45 connector in an open data format.
