Temperature & Humidity
Monitor and display real-time air temperature and relative humidity.
CO2
Acquire CO2 concentration data to help people respond to indoor air quality problems and COVID-19 risk of airborne cross-infection.
TVOC
Monitoring airborne VOCs (volatile organic compounds), including formaldehyde and smells from petrochemical substances.
Lux Level
Measures real-time illuminance level which is the amount of light falling onto the monitor. A proxy reference if the room is being used or not.
Activity Level (PIR)
Detect presence of people by infrared and monitor activity level in proximity.
Atmospheric Pressure
The barometric pressure level is particularly useful when you need a negative-pressure ward to combat COVID-19. Two AM107 can visualize polluted air in lower-pressure room is not entering higher-pressure zones.
Screen Mode Switching
3 display modes are available. You have an option to turn off showing CO2, TVOC, and Lux level, making those figures internal only. Typically classrooms and gym rooms need this mode due to their highly random occupancy nature.

Use as a handheld or wall-mounted device
AM107 is only of half-palm size and run on AA batteries. So it is convenient to use it as a portable handheld device to measure anywhere as you go.
Or you can fix it up on wall with two little screws. Battery life can go over 1-year if LoRaWAN networking function is disabled.
